Good location. It said on the website that parking is available but only one permit is available and it was taken by another visitor. I could fund another free parking place few streets away,

Provide accurate information about parking. The blinds in the bedroom do not fully block the light and the rook gets bright very early in the morning. I suggest adding curtains and blackout blinds.
