Fiyat performans açısından çok iyi. Teleferigin hemen altında kalıyor aşağıya inmek çok kolay yürümek istemeyen için minibüs geçiyor sadece 1 lari.oda ve banyo çok büyük. Mutfakgi kullanmadım o yüzden degerlendiremeyecegim. Avluda kalan bir daire, sessiz. Sigara içenler içinde sadece 2 adım veranda için. Sahibi kibar biri.

Eski bina olmasından dolayı banyodan alt merfezden bı koku geliyor. Benim aşırı koku hassasiyetim var bunu oda kokusuyla giderdim.

Super toller Vermieter, der bei jedem Problem sofort zur Stelle ist und man super mit ihm reden kann. Schöner ruhiger Innenhof und ganz nah zur bergbahn für den Freizeitpark. Gutes zimmer mit guter Klimaanlage und sehr ruhig gelegen. Bis zur Innenstadt max 30 min zu fuß. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
