Karen was extremely welcoming and helpful, offering everything I could need for my stay. Good value. Breakfast was perfect. Had a sea view and walkable to shops and restaurants.

Old fashioned place, everything was just generally a little old. Bathroom was basic. Curtains did little to block out the street light which was immediately outside. The room was a bit musty.

Cooked breakfast in a sandwich in your room rather than in a dining room. Shower room is very tight (room 1) Location was OK albeit a bit of a walk to the high street

I got exactly what I ordered, delivered to my room on time.

Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Good bed. I particularly liked the period matching furniture. Maybe not to everyone's taste but was in keeping with the property, the room and provided a comfy feel that you don't find in a the blandness of a chain hotel.
