"Fantastic short-stay venue with a lovely breakfast and a kind host"

The location was perfect with quiet and safe parking along with being less than a 5-minute drive from my purpose the day after my stay. Solent Beach is just a couple of minutes' walk from the location where you can get a great view. The host was very friendly and welcoming, letting me get settled in. I found the room very nicely suited to my needs, having decent furniture with a good, hot shower and a comfy bed for a decent night's sleep, helped by the room being so quiet. I only needed the room for a night but somebody staying for a bit longer had a generous amount of storage space in the wardrobe and cupboards. In the morning, Karen served me breakfast at the agreed time the day before and it set me nicely for the day ahead. Checking out was no hassle at all as I received the bill for my stay. I'd be happy to visit this place again.

There's always room for improvement. With that said, I had no cause to complain about anything.

Lovely quiet room. Good location and easy access to the sea front, plus nearby towns. Host very accomodating as was arriving in the aera early, but wouldn't be back to my room till late so I was able to check in and collect my room key.
