"Really good find, good location and decent value for money"

Location and value for money was really good. I had originally planned to stay at a Premier Inn or Travelodge, but was very happy to find the Guest House. The location is only a short walk from Lee-on-the-Solent seafront where you can get some decent food. The breakfast was really good and is included. The staff were fantastic, including accommodating my request for an earlier breakfast on one of the days. They also let me store my road bike indoors which was really appreciated.

"Great location, perfect for an overnight stay."

Great location with safe, on site parking. Room 1 was comfortable and quiet, perfect for an overnight stay and we slept well. The en-suite shower room was tiny but sufficient. Our breakfast sandwiches were really yummy and delivered on time. Owners were away but Kirstie was really friendly - she looked after us well and ensured we had everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Shower room was a bit dated but we weren't bothered by this.

Sehr freundlich,bin sehr erschöpft vom Wandern angekommen und habe gleich ein kühles Bier bekommen. Das war herrlich. Grosses helles Zimmer mit stilvollen Möbeln

"Very friendly couple who ran it made our stay more enjoyable than anticipated."

The very friendly couple who ran the place and their staff made it a very enjoyable experience. I would use it again, and other visitors I talked to were repeat visitors. The nearby beach was very interesting, lots of lovely wild plants, the locals were friendly and there were a selection of children's activities taking place on the beach.

Breakfast, but I was aware before booking that it would be a sandwich, fruit or yoghourt delivered to my room and decided to go with that.
