Ospitalitatea si confortul camerei

La piscina nu erau respectate regulile, copiii sareau in apa si faceau galagie, astfel incat ceilalti oaspeti nu se puteau bucura in liniste de zona spa.

"Relaxare cautata la inceput de an nou."

Micul dejun a fost bun, perfectibil.

CAFEAUA in hotelurile din Romania este sub asteptari. Pot intelege ca nu pot oferi cafea de specialitate ( desi ar putea face asta contra cost, la bar, cafenea etc), dar o imbunatatire este necesara. Chiar nu mi-a placut aglomerarea din zona spa cu clienti necazati in hotel, desi capacitatea hotelului era acoperita complet. Cel mai neplacut a fost faptul ca se vapa in interiorul centrului spa, in lobby si in restaurant, in orice moment al zilei si acest comportament parea normalitatea. De asemenea, locatia camerei de masaj, unde se presupune ca doresti relaxare, era in imediata apropiere a zonei spa, deci foarte galagioasa.
