De cum intri, ești întâmpinat cu zâmbetul pe buze. Personalul este foarte amabil, făcâdu-te să te simți aici că acasă. Camerele sunt spațioase, foarte curate și bine dotate. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic. Zona de spa este foarte bine amenajată, foarte curată . Restaurantul este elegant, meniul este unul variat, porțile sunt de-a dreptul copioase iar vinul... Ce să mai vorbim... Totul la superlativ !
