Amazing room and garden. Complete toiletries and kitchenwares. They even provide outdoor and indoor slippers. Place is clean. Lovely place to stay.

"Amazing Stay in Newcastle"

Cozy, Cleanliness,Free Parking on Street,, There were loads of amenities including Linen and some coffee and Tea sachets and stuff .Communication by Host Ryan was perfect right from booking till checkout.

The Washbasin Faucet has some algae or mould which could have been cleaned better and the Shower had probably hot and cold connections connected with the wrong sides. From Left side tap was coming cold water and Vice Versa.

"Great location for the city centre."

Good location for city centre. Quirky little shed conversion in the back garden of a property. Comfortable sofa bed and well equipped small kitchenette. Surprisingly quiet for a city centre property.

Unfortunately the hot water was a little temperamental and my shower wasn’t hot enough in the morning. The property, although quite different, is starting to show obvious signs of regular use and is a little tired. There was a sound problem with the TV (distorted at times) but not too much of an issue if you turned it down.
