Lovely place, very friendly supportive landlord. Really ace creative layout and lovely yard to spend evenings outdoors. You need to be comfortable to be very close up with your friends, there is rather little privacy ;-) but it's a really fun place to stay. The kitchen is basic, so don't plan to cook any dinner or big breakfast, but who wants to do dishes on vacation :-) Comfy beds, good heater (it was a chilly day), free WiFi - would be happy to stay there again!

Lovely little place. We stayed with the kids for the night and loved the thought the owner had put in, the games, fish pond and little treats. Excellent facilities, comfy beds and well equipt. Thank you for having us

Nothing, we loved everything

It's a very special place, very cosy. It's like a hotel room with a garden as living room. The weather was warm and we had breakfast in the garden. In the evening we went to Tynemouth which is such a beautiful place with nice restaurants and a stupendous view over the sea.

A lot of thought was put into this with the ponds, and outdoor games. Sad I could only stay a short while as it would be quite nice to have a small family/ friends stay there for a few days.

I truly can't find a fault here, but a recommendation would be a bit more details about getting the keys, for those that might find it a bit of a challenge.

Absolute little gem - so quiet, felt very secluded even though it's in a residential area. Lots of shops and takeaways within a few minutes walk. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and maintained, with lots of little extras like games, sliders for the garden, a well stocked kitchenette etc. The beds are comfortable and the outdoor furniture is amazing!

Nothing - everything was great! I only gave 4 instead of 5 for location because it's in the middle of a residential area, rather than somewhere central but I knew that and it wasn't an issue for us as we were driving.

Check-In was easy. The pictures on the website are reliable. Big bed, good matras. Heating present if it was necessary, little kitchen with all you needed. Good shower.the outside is nicely arranged.
