"Excellent garden property with outdoor seating and pond"

This property is very cool and different. Has a big garden and Koi Carp pond, very relaxing to watch the fish. The photos do it justice, it is exactly as presented. Has a kitchen and bathroom as well as all plates and cutlery plus toothpaste shampoo etc. Has fold away table for eating, 4 chairs Big TV with Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, and memory foam mattress. Very easy to check in. Overall the owner looks after this place well, I thought it was awesome. Stayed 2 nights

Host was really responsive, provided whatever we asked for. Space has got whatever you need for a short stay in Newcastle. Free parking space was available. We didn't stay over daytime to enjoy the amenities provided in the garden though. Despite the small space, there were different amenities provided.

slightly cramped with facilities. One sink for toilet and dishes which was fine but some might find it difficult. rest was absolutely fine!

"Beautiful quirky and comfortable"

Beautiful quirky accommodation lovely and clean,everything you could possibly need and more lovely little extras,coffee and tea making facilities croissants in the room for breakfast.beautiful outdoor area and lots of fun games and we loved the pond with the fish.We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend staying here and we would happily stay again.thank you for an enjoyable comfortable stay.

We liked everything no Dislikes at all.
