Everything was extremely clean, cosy & welcoming Breakfast was delicious & hot, Tamara greeted us by name in the mornings, a small but a very nice personal gesture Location was excellent, literally a 5 minute walk into the centre, would definitely recommend & would revisit should we be in the area again

Exceptional location - only about 5 minutes walk to central Stratford upon Avon. Host Tamara was super friendly and very easy going. Room was large and spacious. Luscious carpet new carpet on the floors. Building well maintained and very clean. Good value.

Noisy, as old style building (not host fault but something to be mindful off).
