Great breakfast included in the price, lovely comfortable bed, short walk to theatres. Tamara is very friendly I would be happy to stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Everything was spotless and comfortable — the bed was so cozy, and I slept beautifully. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Overall, a perfect experience — I’d happily come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly place to stay!

Everything was perfect.

Schönes Haus in der Nähe des Zentrums. Alles ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Haushälterin. Kostenlose private Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Englisches Frühstück in schönem Ambiente.

Lovely guest house. Tamara is very welcoming and remembers all her guests names. Lovely decor throughout and very clean. My room was small but had everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent. Great choices and lovely breakfast room where I was able to chat with fellow guests. It's a five minute walk to the theatres and about 8 minutes to the main centre of Stratford. Would definitely recommend Broadlands!

Plumbing system was very noisy which I discovered when the people in the room next door decided to take their shower at 5am! My room was on the roadside which meant quite a lot of traffic noise as the guest house is situated on a main road. Toilet and wash basin were in a separate room on the landing but private for my room which was fine.
