Quirky, very comfortable bed, lovely bath and good selection of complimentary hot drinks. Excellent check in (thanks Alex), including comprehensive run through of safety protocols. Entry codes a good idea and makes check out very easy.

Stairs, but not unexpected so not a real issue.

Central location, vibrant bar and comfortable facilities.

The room was excellent, from the broader facilities down to the little details and touches. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the room as a whole was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly.

The room decor was very relaxing and looked recently renovated. The ensuite shower was good. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was a fridge in the room with fresh milk for your drinks. We also had a fan as it was the hottest day of the year.

We had to open the windows due to the extreme heat and the traffic from the road was a bit noisy. However, when the windows were closed, you couldn't hear the traffic very much.
