It was close to Newcastle centre, parking at the rear of the property. Comfortable, clean accommodation. On arrival we received a warm welcome 😊

"Adequate for a last minute booking"

Comfy bed, good shower. Good WiFi

Really noisy room (traffic) on the corner at the front on a busy road, so sleep was not easy. Other rooms were available but put me in the noisiest one for some reason. Noise from the pub didn’t concern me as had expected that until closing time. TV In room didn’t work. Had to wait 15 minutes before anyone was available to check me in. They were very pleasant when they got around to it.

A lovely pub. Staff were excellent. Although small, the room was spotlessly clean, well decorated, with a large spotless bathroom, with a bath. I cannot praise this place highly enough. Room codes meant felt safe. I would stay here again in a heart beat
