A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 20:00 to 22:00 and a surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests can pick up the keys at Agenzia Immobiliare Prince, Via XX settembre 23 ,Santa Teresa Gallura. From 8 p.m onwards, the free self-check in will be activated via a special key box with password and video tutorial communicated by the host. Rena Bianca is the most famous beach in Santa Teresa Gallura. Its fine sand and crystal clear waters make it a true paradise. Due to the risk of degradation due to climate change and overcrowding, from 1 June 2024 access is limited and by reservation via the "lovesantateresa" web app where you will find all the information and rules of access and behavior.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful – and what a view from the window! We had a small but cozy and bright room, cleaned every day. I was very grateful for the beach mats that we could borrow, and such a nice touch that the cost of beach entry was reimbursed. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Just a couple of small points that could make it even better – after the beach and salty water, hair conditioner would be very welcome. And it might be a bit more eco-friendly to switch from the small bottles of shampoo and shower gel to refillable dispensers. And perhaps the breakfast could be made a little more varied.

Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto una lode speciale va all’accoglienza e alla posizione.vista impagabile e la struttura molto attenta ai bisogni degli ospiti.al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato stuoie e teli mare per la spiaggia.

Da migliorare forse la colazione comunque buona nella media.

Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die wunderschöne Bucht war fantastisch. Der Parkplatz war sehr praktisch

Das Zimmer war zu klein - wir waren 7 Tage dort. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr steril eingerichtet - es war nicht sehr gemütlich. Der Garten und der allgemeine Balkon war nicht gestaltet. Man konnte es sich nicht richtig gemütlich machen. Es gab keine Liegestühle. Das Frühstück wurde schnell langweilig - z. B. wurden keine Rühreier oder Spiegeleier oder Pancakes warm serviert. Es gab alles nur kalt. Die Klimaanlage fiel für 3 Tage aus. Wir erhielten eine Rückerstattung in geringer Höhe. Wir konnten 3 Tage sehr schlecht schlafen.
