A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 20:00 to 22:00 and a surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests can pick up the keys at Agenzia Immobiliare Prince, Via XX settembre 23 ,Santa Teresa Gallura. From 8 p.m onwards, the free self-check in will be activated via a special key box with password and video tutorial communicated by the host. Rena Bianca is the most famous beach in Santa Teresa Gallura. Its fine sand and crystal clear waters make it a true paradise. Due to the risk of degradation due to climate change and overcrowding, from 1 June 2024 access is limited and by reservation via the "lovesantateresa" web app where you will find all the information and rules of access and behavior.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Just beautiful! Perfect location for beach and town. Very comfortable bed and lovely rooms with stunning views. Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of foods every morning.

It was truly a fantastic experience staying in Villa Bianca Luxury B&B. Beautiful location and stunning views. One can easily access everything walking. Pristine beach (Spiaggia Rena Bianca), restaurants, shops all nearby. We hiked to Capo Testa (Cala Spinosa, Valle della Luna) and walked along a few paths in Sentiero Natura. Both fabulous trips to enjoy nature and wildlife (🐢🐗). We also took a boat trip to Isola La Maddalena, more like as a 'must do', but the beaches didn't disappoint. (Isola Santa Maria, Cala Corsara, Spargi, Isola Budelli Spiagga Rosa) Always clean, delicious breakfast and friendly hospitality. Brilliant value for the money. Everything top notch 👍🏼. Thank you!

Excellent place, amazing hosts, beautiful people. Marcella looked after us everyday, whatever we needed she’s there to help. It’s my husband’s 50th birthday celebration and they left us a delicious cake and a bottle of local tasty bubbly. Location is a dream, cleaned everyday, away from noises, breathtaking views, sounds of the waves from the beach, fresh and modern room, 2 minutes to the beach, 10 min to town, 20 min to the harbour, great shower room and toilet, 24/7 coffee provision, snacks and water available and very generous breakfast. They also provided parasol and beach towels.
