El baño un poco chico

It is really in the centre of Santiago.

There was nobody when we arrived. We rang the door, but since the street is very busy, we could not understand what was said to us. We were buzzed in after 5 minutes. Then we were in a super small lobby, with just a machine. We tried everything, but could not find a way to let the machine check us in. So we tried the phone number on the desk, on the machine and in our reservation. They all led to an answering machine only in Spanish. We speak some Spanish, so finally we figured out, we were waiting in line. Finally we ve got someone on the phone who checked us in. I found this all very stressy. The rooms are very basic, there is no elevator, towels very thin. Most of all, we were worried about the fire security. We could not see any fire escapes. Also there is some machine spreading a terrible smell in the badroom, my husband had trouble breathing because of it.

La ubicación es inmejorable, en plena calle Franco llena de restoranes y bares. El parking es muy cerca. El hotel está muy prolijo, limpio, las camas son cómodas. Hay dispensador de agua en planta baja.

Un poco ruidosas las habitaciones a la calle. Vendría bien un frigobar en las habitaciones en verano.
