El sistema de ingreso y la recepcionista no fue muy buena recibiendo al huésped se tenía que ir y nos dejó con la máquina … no fue un buen gesto

La ubicación

Pedimos zona baja y nos dieron 2 piso por escaleras. Hay personal durante pocas horas, después te atienden por máquinas, bastante incomodo, ni siquiera están autorizados a pedir un taxi, el contestador automático solo habla español, tuvimos que ayudar a pasajeros italianos que sólo querían un taxi. Un destrato total cuando el 90% del pasaje es extranjero.

La ubicación

La habitación olía muy mal (un olor a podrido muy fuerte). Cuando llegamos, estaba el aire acondicionado encendido —a pesar de que afuera hacían 17 grados— suponemos que para disimular el olor. También habían puesto un desodorizador en el baño. Le comentamos esto a la recepcionista al momento del check-out y nos dijo que se debía a que el hotel está ubicado en el casco histórico.
