Beaucoup de bruit extérieur pour la chambre à côté de la terrasse.

The host family was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and the terrace has a beautiful terrace. I highly recommend this option.

The family who run the hotel are really friendly. They always said hello and offered us tea when we came back so it felt very welcoming. The location is great and it is beautifully decorated.

Sadly the room was disappointing as it was right next to the downstairs restaurant space and front door. This lead to multiple issues and disrupted sleep: -The room did not feel private with people right outside the room door most the time -It was really noisy until around 11pm with people chatting and eating in the restaurant -Multiple times people attempted to get into our room thinking it was a bathroom -Both nights people banged on the front door late at night to be let back in as the front door was locked -Multiple times the lights were switched on and not turned off in the restaurant area in middle of the night so we had to get up and turn them off as the light leaked into the windows in our room -One night someone checked in at 1:30am and there was no effort to speak quietly Unfortunately, this meant it wasn't a relaxing stay for us and ruined what otherwise would have been a lovely stay. The owners did apologise multiple times and although we read the reviews saying it can be loud we hadn't anticipated it being this bad.

À notre arrivée, il nous a été demandé de payer un supplément de 30 euros pour avoir une chambre avec un lit bébé. Le petit déjeuner était inclus mais nous n’avons eu aucun service de petit déjeuner le deuxième jour. La personne en charge de le préparer dormait tranquillement dans le salon à 8h30 et n’a pas voulu se réveiller pour le préparer. Les chambres sont beaucoup plus petites que ce que ne laissent apparaîtrent les photos. Le propriétaire nous demande d’annuler la réservation booking au dernier moment pour le payer en direct. Les salles de bain et le mobilier sont mal entretenus. En bref, je déconseille cet établissement

L’accueil et le personnel aux petits soins à n’importe quel moment de la journée, de l’arrivée, jusqu’au départ, nous n’avons jamais été aussi bien accueillis. 😍 Un lieu au charme traditionnel unique, dans la vieille ville à quelques pas de la médina et quelques pas d’un des endroits encore accessible en voiture.
