Palais Fes Yahya - Rooftop - Luxury Stay

Our stay at Palais Fes Yahya was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast and terrace restaurant were amazing and our room was perfect. The bedroom and common rooms were beautiful with traditional patterns and tiling. The bathroom was clean and modern and the terrace was a great place to go and relax. The place was very close to Bab Jdid (the new gate) which is away from the business of the blue gate but super easy to walk to where you can take a $2-$3 taxi to any of the other gates. Overall I was very happy with our stay and would book with them again if we are ever back in Fes!!

Walking to the main souks was challenging for us (mostly because we are not very good with directions, even with the map they drew us!) but as I mentioned, the walk to the closest gate was super easy and it was a quick and cheap taxi to the main gate from there

Amazing decor, beautiful bedroom and historical charm. The staff were all kind and attentive. They spoke excellent English as French and Arabic. The cable of my straighteners was broken and they went to buy me some tape which they wouldn't take any money for- above and beyond for service. Taxis and guides were all arranged by the riad, which were all excellent. Staff also accompanied us to meet the taxi so that we didn't get lost. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We also had an evening meal which was delicious. There was also a lovely roof terrace where we sat in the sun reading. A fabulous place to stay which we would highly recommend.

Le petit déjeuner servi régulièrement après 40 minutes d'attente.

Les insultes, le harcèlement et les menaces envoyées sur WhatsApp suite à mon avis négatif publié sur Google maps. ....... Tant que l'équipe en place n'aura pas revu son comportement les clients ne seront pas satisfaits. Hygiène et nettoyage des chambres totalement inexistant. Attente très longue pour les petits déjeuner et le thé soit disant à volonté Actuellement, tout est fait ici pour prendre votre argent 💰.
