Trudno dotrzeć do hotelu ale gospodarz bardzo się stara , wysłał po nas pracownika. Pokoje maleńkie, hotel zabytkowy, klimatyczny po marokańsku. Polecam koneserom lokalnych widoków, zapachów i smaków.

Booked last minute for a night, but wish I could stay for longer! Had travel plans cancelled due to weather and this family were so lovely and accommodating with my situation, and helping me fill my extra time in Fes! Amazing food for breakfast. Their restaurant upstairs was also beautiful.

Beautiful, but dated. Rooms were clean, but it was very loud both during the day and at night. The food was good, but exactly the same each day with a very small menu. The staff was helpful but most things we had to ask for 2-3 times before getting them. There was no daily bill so be prepared to keep track of items ordered to pay at checkout. Good location and happy with the coordinated tours, but getting ahold of the manager was often delayed. Overall, good enough.

I traveled alone to Fez not knowing what to expect. My host picked me up at the airport and made me feel safe and at home . The place is beautiful and the staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely go back.

Very unprofessional staff, did not stick to things agreed upon (like pick up/drop off), not responsive via WhatsApp, got a video call from a guy lying in bed, room was not made when I was let in, two people tried to enter my room while I was in it. The room size was maybe 7sqm not 12 as was promised in the booking. Decided to have dinner there because there is no restaurant close and I did not feel comfortable in the area alone at night, got an a la carte menu but they did serve additional dishes, which I only realized later and had to pay for, dirty dishes were placed in front of me, I only ever received a drink after finishing my meal. In the morning I had to leave early and three boys were sleeping on the sofas in the lobby, none of them awake to hand me my breakfast or open the locked front door or bring me to my pick up place. I felt extremely uncomfortable in all of those situations and cannot recommend this place at all.
