"Un raport calitate preț aproape de normal, confort bun și acces rapid la zonele de interes ale stațiunii."

Parcare accesibilă, personal bine calificat la nivelul recepției și cu o bună pregătire în zona de marketing.

Facilitățile necesită o minimă mentenanță ( cada spa ) iar personalul de întreținere necesită o mai bună pregătire în zona de interacțiune cu clienții. ( în timpul sejurului am chemat o doamnă de la curățenie pentru a constata că nu funcționează cada spa iar interacțiunea a fost cu mult sub nivelul așteptărilor. "Ce e domne aici, ați stricat cada?!" --> cred că "așa nu" totuși la 5*.

C’est la deuxième fois qu’on vient et on est toujours très contents. Un établissement exceptionnel avec un personnel super accueillant et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner très copieux !
