Room was cold which only had a small electric heater Dining room was freezing aswell

The lady who ran the B&B was so helpful, friendly, and always at hand to help with any problems or questions. She did the most delicious breakfast. 😋

The breakfast was good and the location to the seafront was also a bonus. Due to low season there was ample spaces on the road close to the property. There were also sufficient facilities in the room to make a hot beverage of choice.

There was no central heating and the rooms were cold. There was a small electric radiator in the room, but not sufficient for the colder months of the year. There was a musty smell in the entrance hallway of the property, probably due to the age, but could be neutralised with an air purifier or dehumidifier. My wife had to keep her coat on while she ate breakfast because of the cold.

The bed was really comfy, the staff were very nice and attentive, the room was very clean, breakfast was nice.

There seemed to be a distinct lack of heating from the 1st floor upwards, we were in a basic room which was in the attic and very very cold, there was a heater in the room but that didn't really touch the sides, we had to go to bed in our clothes, apart from that it was OK.

Everything. The room, the cleanliness, the hosts Amy an Jeremy were fantastic and Jeremy cooked the best breakfast I've had in Saint Annes. A great location 5 mins from Saint Annes centre and 2 mins from the beach on foot. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent location with a fabulous Italian restaurant (Un Momento) close by.

The shower was OK but ideally needs updating

Room was lovely staff went the extra miles will definitely be returning
