Bed very comfy, nicely decorated, great location, friendly staff

Cold shower at 10pm. Wife had hot shower in the morning but by the time I got in the shower, all the hot water was gone again. I paid extra for a bigger room, was told we'd been upgraded when we arrived but the room we had looked smaller than the one we'd paid for.

Lovely hotel , excellent staff very helpful .

Great location and for the price was happy with the warm greeting I received and a clean room.

Just a personal preference but would have liked a slight bigger TV

No sitting outside area has advertised and bed was a small double

Friendly, quiet area. Good location for a stroll ti the beach , and for Blackpool as we were visiting the winter gardens.

I absolutely loved my stay.I had made a last minute booking to Goto a convention near by. I arrived way outside of check in hours and Amy ,(the Owner of the BnB) went above and beyond to accommodate me. The room was sooo nice and warm, the perfect escape from the freezing cold outside .The hospitality and welcome was exactly what I needed after the very long trip I had been on.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .🤩

I had to really dig deep to find something to add here. I would have two towels to shower with , so one has time to dry while one is being used. That’s the only comment I have about my stay .
