Good location. Walkable to the village and the beach. Nice atmosphere clean and comfortable.

No off street parking. A minor grizzle and fairly common in the UK.

Friendly host with a clean and comfortable room topped off with a seriously good breakfast. A short walk to the beach and pier with ample car parking space outside the hotel. We have stayed in Lytham St Annes many times in the past in more expensive hotels on the promenade but my wife and I both thought the Claremont was as good, if not better than any off them. Needless to say the Claremont will be first choice on our next visit.

Friendly staff, room was clean and well presented, shower was great and breakfast was lovely. I cannot fault this little b&b in anyway possible!, I would recommend and definitely stay again if I'm working in the area.

Not a single thing I can think of!
