It has nice swimming pool

The shower water was never warm The Rooms are small for the amount

The room was spacious....nice tranquil surrounds.

Our rooms were not ready upon check in. There was nobody at reception and we had to wait for assistance. We asked for a gate remote because we would return late after attending a wedding. A further deposit of R250 was required for a remote. The gas geyser was not working properly going hot and cold during a shower....

Clean.

We went out and came late and had to wait awhile for the gate to be opened.. also the car park was full and we parked on a space in front of our room not a parking spot

Communication and customer service was appalling

Room was very clean and cosy

Aircon didn’t work. Only 1 towel for 2 guests. Bedside lamps didn’t work. Other guests were very noisy in the early hours of the morning.

Nothing

The place was worn out, the shower a mess the toilet seat worn, the heater broken in many places,the bed is old and uncomfortable, the bedding is past its usable condition, there is only one power socket hidden behind the fridge and a microwave. For bedlamps there is something that works on some sort of fuel but no igniter supplied. The floors are damaged on places, the bathroom mats have paint on it. The room door has been damadged at the lock, it is hard to close the room door, the room light did not work. There were a lot of noise outside our rooms after midnight (chatter), No gate remote were supplied. We were booked for 2 nights with 2 rooms, but left afrer one night due to the conditions described.
