Endured consistently cold showers with an abrupt shift from lukewarm to cold. Despite using the heater, the room remained chilly. Towels seemed worn and not fresh, and the rooms lacked soundproofing. Additionally, the bathroom light incessantly flashed rapidly.

It was clean and comfortable.

In room 9. The bathroom was an open space..no privacy. Was told to use the toilet outside...imagine if it was raining and having a running stomach. Towels were almost worn out...had to ask for better ones. There was half a toilet paper roll. There were no plates. We could here sounds from next door as there is a door between room9 and 10 Felt like we were in a childrens' room.

The location was okay and very quiet

The toothbrush holder in the bathroom was not there. The sink tap was loose. We had to ask for an extra toilet paper, of which we got after telling others that we told that us guests tend to still the other one.

No Aircon in the room. On arrival it difficult to enter as the intercom was not working. The provided number is not working.
