Nice room, lots of space. Guesthouse was in a convenient location only on 20-30 minutes walk to the arena and only 15 minutes or so to the town centre.

Only complaint is that the shower head wasn't very stable and tended to get water everywhere.

The check out is way too early. Usually everywhere is 12 , 10 am is a bit exaggerated in my opinion

The property has 4 big bedrooms 2 of them with balcony each bedroom has it own shower room. The room were almost hotel quality, in a very rustic style, you get very good quality rooms for a very low price. The place was spotless clean. The owner give us access to a barbecue area on the condition to buy our bbq ecuipment.

The owner of the property came to check the rooms while we stayed and it wasn’t to change sheets or towels but to disconnect the fridges and come to check the rooms before we have checked out which felt really hostile and we had no privacy at all. We had our small children with us and the owner had a small children with lots of toys spread all over the yard and we had to guard the kids all the time while outside the house because they weren’t allowed to play with the owners daughter toys.
