If I could give them zero I would probably do that. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life! It started with me deciding to stay for an extra night. As usual I just booked exactly the same room as the first night. The only problem was that in the middle of the day when i was doing a boat trip i found their message in whatsapp saying that I need to move to another room cause yesterday they gave me an upgrade. The only problem is that they didn't tell me about that. If they did I would have just booked the upgraded room option. It's not a big deal. Then it was like we packed your bags without you. Can you imagine! They touched my clothes, my underwear! This is so too much. The problem is that the room I was in was still available on the trip.com. So ok, I could handle with the fact that they moved my and almost ruined my drone. But when I came to the new room there was no hot water at all. They asked the repair guy to come and fix it. That was too much for me so I called trip.com to cancel this booking and get me a new hotel. Then as it was around 7 pm and I had zero food and was all salty from the ocean I decided to go to another hotel Then I messaged trip.com again cause I wanted my money back and the hotel told them that there's no hot water in the room type I chose. So the question is why did you start repairing the water heater if there's no hot water in the room? So avoid this place at all costs. I'll attach everything. Please don't stay in this hotel. Prevent them from scamming other people

The hotel gili ilalang is a verry good place to chill just a couple of minutes walking from the main road the room was clean and tidy staff friendly and the pool is lovely Staff are friendly and efficient listening what i expected so if you are looking for a quiet place to stay not far from the main road gili ilamang is the best place to stay

Really nice place with a excellent staffs, including the host of that place. Very welcoming and always ready to help, we ware 2 gurls, but they make sure we had the best time. They told us what to do n where to go in the island n the surrounding 2 islands, and the best place to do snorkeling as well, we stayed there 3 nights including my b’day night. They hav made a special breakfast and a 🎂from pancakes. Which is extra mile. And the host invited us to hav a drink with them as well, we had a local alcohol drink made by him it taste like “sake”. The place was only 5 minutes walk from the boat station with a small pool n very cozzy, u can take horse taxies anywhere in the island for IDR100,000. We used bicycle, u can rent from the resort it self, me n my friend had awesome time there, unfortunately it was ramadan time so no entertainment and alcohol after 11pm, so ramadan month is not the best time to travel the gili T. So big thanks to all the staffs n d host making our stay memorable, i will definitely visit u on my next trip to bali.

I had nothing but a pleasant experience staying here. First, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff with a refreshing welcome beverage after pulling our luggage all the way from the harbor under the hot wheather. Upon finishing administration the staff walked us to our room and helped us with our luggage. We entered our room feeling the cool temperature from the aircon and the hint of nice and clean fragrance coming out of the room. After resting for awhile we were ready for our adventure in Gili T Island! The hotel had bicycles to rent and we rented the newest models that they've got. They provided breakfast every morning, which we can choose from the menu. And they made a killer omelette 😍😍😍 The staff greatly helped us with information about the islands, places to visit, etc. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gili T!!

The room was big and nice. Couldn't hear any mosque at night. Very good value for the money. The location was good, but best to rent bike to get around (takes about 4 minutes with bike to center). Staff was very nice and helpful. We forgot to check out and came back to ilalang at 14 (check out is at 12). They were very nice and didn't even charge us extra because of this.

Very nice place with a good staff and excelent hospitality... The room was big and clean. Friendly staff. They were helpful and always smile. The location in the middle of the island and its around 10 minutes to the sunset point. Breakfast was good !

We stayed for 5 nights at the wonderful Ilalang & I can't recommend highly enough, the staff look after you like family! Beautiful, cosy rooms and nice refreshing pool. Excellent value for money. They don't turn the air-con/power off at night like many of the other hotels do. Very chilled out and I liked the privacy of the location. It's in the center of the island so convenient to get everywhere (and safer if there was a tsunami). Around the corner is also Desha spa which does fantastic massages for reasonable prices (which became a habit on our way home to Ilalang). There's also some great restaurants on the roads off the beach and usually more affordable too. If we go back there is no doubt that we will stay with our beautiful Indonesian friends at Gili Ilalang!

The staff here are kind and helpful. For people who travel alone is an nice choice to stay here. Thought the hotel is located in the middle of Gili T, you can rent a bike or walk around 10 mins to the beach. The rooms r cozy n good. Enjoy ur days in Gili Trawangan, here u must stay.

Cute and Sufficient Sized Pool. *** The Staff *** Jhosua and the Staff are Very welcoming and anything they could do to make our stay better, they did! *** The Room *** The Pictures on Booking.com show the real thing. Great Room with a little sitting area outside Quiet Room Cleaning of the Room and Fresh Towels on Request. FREE Wifi Superb Air Conditioning Clean Comfy Bed HOT Shower with Great Pressure *** Area *** Based away from the main street and away from the Mosque Prayers However very accessible within walking distance however renting a Bicycle speeds up the Journey. It was a Great Hotel and we would not hesitate to stay there again! 10/10
