The host appeared polite and gave us a mini fridge to use in the room we were occupying.

We arrived on a Saturday. The building itself was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. Trash was outside, and the main floor was dirty. In the room we were given, some cleaning details needed to be addressed in the bathroom. I pointed it out to the host, and he took care of it. There is a group of very inconsiderate male tenants staying there. The same Saturday evening, they played their music VERY loud, with lots of smoking and drinking taking place right outside of the room we occupied. This lasted until about 3 a.m. I had to inform the host about it, asking him to talk to them. The building has a shared kitchen and patio area. A lot of smoking takes place in the patio area that enters the building. The room we occupied was right by the patio area. Rules are not enforced, and the group of male tenant's that live there take advantage of the space by leaving it dirty and not washing their dishes after they use it. We couldn't use the kitchen sink because it always had dirty dishes in it. So we washed our dishes in the bathroom sink. Also, the place has a major cockroach infestation issue. The cockroaches are the giant kind, and many roaches came into our room. If the above issues are dealt with, it could be a decent place. Overall, our stay was very unpleasant and we found a better place for our needs and left!

Uncomfortable bed, fan was bad, had to open the windows. Location was far from everything, never met the host. Paid for 3 nights spent two. Cannot recommend

I stay here every month for work. It is the best value, and the greatest owners, of anywhere in the area.

Every time I come to Guadalajara, I stay here. It is always comfortable and the owners are amazing.

This is my 4th time to stay here, and it is always the same - everything at the property is clean, it works properly, the owners are very attentive with responding to questions. The wifi works fine for working at home, Each room has a refrigerator, and each floor has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook your own food. There is a Chedraui and a Soriana within walking distance, and the area is very quiet and safe.

Nothing, everything is always just as expected!

This is the third time I have stayed at this property, this time I came for 2 weeks and ended up staying for 4 months. It is so comfortable, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, shopping and public transportation is very close, and it is a great value. You can take the L2 to El Centro in Guadalajara just a mile away, the buses run from 50 meters away. The owners always respond to any message immediately. It is so quiet and the internet is fast if you work from home.

I have nothing, in every time I have stayed here.
