Casa Zona Iteso, Expo, Plaza del Sol, 4 habitaciones 8 huespedes / compartida

This is my third time staying here. You can read my previous review which has more detail. The owners are kind and attentive, but you have plenty of privacy. The building is secure, and the area is very quiet and middle class. There is nothing I can say other than positive things, and the value is amazing.

Nothing. The area may be a little too quiet for me, but it is a great place to work, with the super fast internet over the whole property.

Bit far from the things in GDL

I needed a last minute place to just work for a week, and this property exceeded my expectations. It is extremely quiet (in a residential area), the wifi is steady and strong, each floor has a kitchen, and there is a nice patio to sit outside. This is not an area for nightlife, but you can go anywhere in Guadalajara w Uber for less than $8 usd. There is a Chedraui an easy 15 minute walk away, or an Oxxo on the corner. All of the vecinos are really nice. I have been traveling on booking for the last year, and this was a really great hosting experience, with perfect hosts and friendly guests.

I love the neighborhood. It was walkable. The owner was very nice. All the tenants were nice and friendly as well.

You could not use the washer unless the cleaning person was there. The washer and dryer was locked up. Also either the was or dryer was not working.

The environment was clean

There was no laundry access and no toilet tissues in the bathroom.
