"Great room, great location and very friendly host"

Modern, well styled room with very comfy bed; bathroom just along the landing, Host provided kettle, teabags, milk and breakfast snacks in room - and you can bring food in if you wish (plates and cutlery and table to sit at also provided.) Wifi is very good. Location is a 20-25 min walk to town - there is a bus service but it is infrequent - and Aldi, Tesco and other shops on a big retail park are close by. No restaurants nearby but town centre has plenty. Off street parking

The house is on a busy main road which I'm not used to but earplugs blocked it out.

"Warm welcome, extremely comfortable bed, great location."

Extremely comfortable bed. Very clean. Parking on site @ no extra cost. 20 minutes walk to Stratford town centre, taxi £7. Retail parks within 10 minutes walk.

Cold continental breakfast provided in the room. Shower over bath, along the corridor

We enjoyed the comfort of the room and the location close to amenities was good. We enjoyed the walks.

Our bathroom facility was down a corridor and although it wasn’t shared with anyone, we would have preferred an en-suite.
