Very clean guest house within 1 mile of the centre of Stratford . extremely helpful and pleasant owner .

The bed was nice, treats in the room was very nice of the host

We was not aware the owner would be staying in the room next to us. We wanted a romantic weekend but that was not the case.The bathroom was the other side of the landing, passed the owners bedroom🤫 it was also in a very poor condition...this needs to be updated. Also didn't like the host rearranging our stuff when we was out.

Decor very tasteful and bed was comfortable. Croissants and porridge being available despite not offering breakfast was a nice touch.

Had booked thinking the room had an ensuite and a bath. Bathroom was seperate and there was no plug for the bath.

Sharon was an excellent hostess, very helpful. The fridge that was in the room was a bonus because Oakleigh is self catering accommodation. The milk, water and the treats which were supplied were also very welcome.

The room in which I stayed was not en-suite, although I did have the exclusive use of the bathroom which was the next room but one so it was not a major problem.

Lovely room ,loved the table and chairs to have a cup of tea. Very comfortanle

Close to road ,a bit of noise with window open as it was very warm night.

The owner Sharon was an exceptional hostess, nothing was too much trouble for her, she even ran us into town the first day to show us the best places to visit and restaurants to dine in. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to visit Stratford Upon Avon.

Only drawback she has no food licence, so she cant provide breakfast, however in your room there is a kettle, tea and coffee and porridge and other things to eat in your room.

Sharon had put milk in fridge and plates and cutlery for a take away, there's was crisp, porridge, cake chocolate bar magazine...

Noise of the traffic busy road but will not stop us staying again take ear plugs if uou don't want to be woken early.

The host was very welcoming. The room was nice.The fridge was a great amenity

Was looking forward to a bath but no plug.The towels were a little rough.

The accommodation was a short stroll from the town and amenities but located on a busy road.

We either failed to read the bathroom wasn’t en-suite or it wasn’t mentioned. However it was only at the end of a small landing area. The bathroom was dated and needed some attention particularly near the shower area.
