Struttura molto centrale a Santa Teresa di Gallura, ben arredata, ampia disponibilità di parcheggio in zona. Comodo il balcone con stendino per chi va al mare, camera abbastanza spaziosa. Comunicazioni con i gestori rapide ed efficienti.

All’inizio del soggiorno ci sono stati dati 3 asciugamani in totale per 2 persone. Il letto cigolava molto ai minimi movimenti. L’interno della stanza ci è stato dato molto pulito, non si può dire lo stesso del balcone per via dei numerosi strati di sporco sullo stendino. Purtroppo, nel periodo del nostro soggiorno, Santa Teresa ha avuto un problema di infestazione di blatte, che abbiamo riscontrato anche dentro l’appartamento. Nonostante i gestori si siano attivati subito per fornirci insetticida e segnalare il problema al Comune, abbiamo preferito terminare in anticipo il soggiorno, anche perché la stanza si trova al piano rialzato di una palazzina con affaccio diretto su strada e portone che rimane sempre aperto, rendendo il problema potenzialmente ricorrente. A dispetto della gentilezza millantata in partenza, una volta spiegata la volontà di terminare il soggiorno in anticipo i gestori hanno smesso di rispondere e negato il rimborso delle notti non usufruite. Capisco che le blatte non fossero direttamente colpa loro, ma neanche colpa nostra.

Rozsdás akasztó, koszos tányérok, 1 takaró, hangos motorosok éjszaka. Nehezen nyitható ajtó, 1 wc papír guriga 3 embernek 6 napra. Nincs szárító, nem lehet teregetni.

Posizione ottima, stanza pulita e host gentili e accoglienti

Alles top, Nähe Zentrum und Strand. Zimmer sehr sauber, gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Privater Parkplatz ist keiner vorhanden, jedoch gab es genug Parkmöglichkeiten in der Gasse vor dem Haus. Der Hausherr Simone ist äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

NICHTS!

Super Zimmer mit Balkon und Badezimmer. Es war sauber und das Bett bequem. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, einige Restaurants nur paar Schritte entfernt und super netter und sympathischer Gastgeber. Ich kann das Zimmer nur weiterempfehlen und würde auch selbst wieder kommen.

Nichts

Stella is a very good hostess and always available with advice and assistance. She went the extra mile for me to check out bus connections on New Years Day and was very accommodating when it turned out that all busses were cancelled and I had to stay an extra night. The room is small but functional and very clean. The balcony is an added bonus and the location is great - easy walking distance to the bus stop and the beaches.

Perhaps some proper glasses could be provided as opposed to only plastic cups - this is not a critique just a suggestion.
