Casa Vista grenzt direkt an die Straße, welche man dadurch (sehr) laut hört, auch beim Schlafen. Zudem wurden wir einen Morgen durch singende Bauarbeiter im angrenzenden Bereich geweckt. Ausblick im Sitzen auf der Terrasse nicht gut, eher im Stehen oder vom Esstisch drinnen.

the location next to a road that didnt feel safe at night, if you get the apartment near the entrance it will be noisy and you will get the worst view of the lake, we found a couple of scorpions, expect that near the lake, wifi wasnt working properly, overall quality price was not the best. Go to Picnic hotel better

The apartment is cute and nicely decorated, and it’s good for a couple of nights. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We also loved being close to the lake—you can go down the stairs for a beautiful view, and you can hear the water from the room. It’s close enough to town to walk, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

There are a few things worth mentioning so you’re not surprised on arrival. The studio isn’t fully sealed — there’s an opening covered only by a mosquito net — so noise and smells carry more easily. Our room was the closest to the road, and when cars passed we could smell exhaust fumes. There were also gardeners working right next to the room early in the morning (around 8am). We messaged the property manager and it improved the next day, but we could still hear them. During our stay we also had a scorpion in the room, and the toilet didn’t always flush properly. Lastly, the road to the property isn’t fully paved. It’s sandy and can get dusty when cars pass, and it’s very dark at night—bring a flashlight or make sure your phone is charged (especially for the last ~5 minutes of the walk from San Marcos). We also felt it was a bit overpriced for the standard, although based on what we saw in San Marcos, these prices seem typical for the area.

Nous avions le logement le plus près de la route. Erreur à ne pas prendre: extrêmement bruyant à cause des autos, motos et chiens. Lu vue sur le lac est partielle. Bref, les autres logements sont biens, mais pas le nôtre. Aucun fruits à notre arrivée, tel que mentionné dans l’annonce.
