Stairs are too steep and without rails. Outside lights are always on.

Dust but not the propertys faults it's everywhere

We love this casa so much! The entire stay was amazing. I love how the owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The casa itself is beautiful and we can tell that the owner put efforts on adding the little touches to create a beautiful ambiance overall. It was also wonderful how they have access to a private dock! It was quiet and no one is around to bother you. We go there every morning, lay and watch the sunrise. They also provide a kayak we can use. I thought that was thoughtful. Overall, I highly recommend this casa! Perfect location especially if you like the privacy!

You can hear EVERYTHING from the room above. Sometimes super noisy! Construction of additional rooms sometimes is noisy and disturbs privacy in the deck

Room is very stylish and cozy. Kitchen has everything you need during your stay. JB was very supportive with all information I needed

There is no soundproof, so you can hear all other guests Water temperature is not consistent - it's too hot or too cold For me the worst was the construction going on near the pier. It's a bit uncomfortable going there and back. And also my room was very close to the road, so whenever they did some construction job outside, all noise and dust was on my terrace, so I couldn't stay there. Also would be great to have some info provided in the room, something like a booklet maybe.

Quiet and very private location just a ten minute walk from the center of San Marcos. The views from the units were unbeatable. We especially liked watching the many launchas scurrying back and forth between the towns on this end of the lake.

The stairways both outside and inside the units were difficult for us due to our age, but would not be an issue for younger guests. The same could be said about much of the furnishings within the units. No comfortable chairs! Ongoing construction prevented us from accessing the limited waterfront area.

Quiet apartment near the lake. Away from most dog and town sounds. Amazingly decorated and comfortable bed.

The moment we were there, there were some constructions going on near the pier. While it is accessible, we found it uncomfortable to go to the lake through the construction site with a lots of loose planks and hardware. Wifi is a bit unstable.
