Really nice place they have also nice little garden. The room was very clean and so nice to chill there. It is not far from centre, easy to walk. I enjoyed staying there.

The rooms are lovely, the communal area is great to relax, the beach and all the restaurants/bars are just a few minutes walk away but far enough that you don't get the bar music keeping you up at night. Was a great stay

I was a little concerned about there not being any kind of safebox but all the rooms and communal area are behind a locked fence and the hosts live on site so it's all very safe

To reiterate what I had read in some reviews for this place, this guesthouse is a hidden gem! My friend and I loved our room. It had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The shower had warm water, which is not always a given. The outdoor space has chairs and hammocks in the shade to hang out. EncantaLuna is away from the noisy center, and is still a short walk to reach "downtown" and the main beach. For the price you pay, EncantaLuna is a no-brainer. The owners, Erika and Luca, were really wonderful, easily reachable, communicative, and always willing to help and give recommendations. They have a wiener dog, Marvin, who is also adorable. :) Would definitely stay there again!

Our room was great! It had everything we could have wanted - the bed was comfortable, the air-con was great and the wifi was pretty fantastic considering it’s on an island. We walked to and from the ferry terminal, and walked everywhere from the accommodation. The owners are very friendly and kind. It’s so quiet, even during the day, which made it very relaxing. We slept so well!

Erika and Luca where amazing hosts. They helped a lot with everything we needed. We also loved the simplicity of the room and the hammock.

This place is a hidden gem! The hosts have really poured a lot of love into the rooms and property, and you can feel it in the little touches that make your room feel like home. They’re also incredibly accommodating and welcoming, almost feels like you’re being hosted in someone’s home instead of just a hotel. Plus it’s a great value for the cost of the place. I’d recommend getting a taxi when you arrive if the streets are flooded by the rain, which can happen sometimes all over the island. But other than that, it’s a doable and short walk to the beaches and other destinations on the island. I will definitely come back here the next time I’m in Holbox.

Very clean and spacious room. Decoration is adorable and very artistic. Erika and Luca made everything by hand themselves! Very comfy bed, hamaca to relax in the airco room to escape hot holbox summer weather. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. They gave us tips and lend us towels to use for the playa. A lot of value for a correct price! (which is quite a challenge to find on expensive isla holbox)

We arrived a few weeks after hurricane Beryl and all the streets of holbox were still flooded. We had to take a very expensive taxi golfcart to get to the hotel from the ferry pier. Walking with our suitcase was impossible. Not in the control of EncantaLuna but good to know for other travellers during the rainy season

The room is very beautiful, even more than on the pictures. The place is clean and decorated lovingly. Its near the center (10 minutes by walking) and very silent. I slept very well. Erica and Luca are very kind and warm welcoming. I had some problems with my credit card and my health and the were very helpful. I do recommend this place. :)
