Exceptionally clean, pictures don't do this place justice. It is simple and basic, but very well designed with more than enough hooks and plugs around the room. Located a bit further out of town, but much quieter as a consequence.

Nothing that the hotel could control

The owner was lovely, had excellent recommendations. The room was nice and a great shower. A nice courtyard and a ten minute walk away from the centre.

Wonderful place in Holbox! Erika and Luca are very nice hosts. It is quiet, clean, and safe. My room had a hammock, AC, fan and a little fridge. Everything very helpful to handle the heat. And finally a place where I could hang some clothes outside to dry :) It is very close to the beach and just felt a bit far from the center at night for a solo traveler but actually it was safe to come back walking at night. You can also rent a bike in the city center.

The property looks better that the photos. it is extremely clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Perfect location as it is close enough to the centre but the area is nice and quite. The hosts were very helpful which was amazing. They provided us with many recommendations and were at all times willing to help. would 100% recommend.

Perfect spot to stay for a few nights on Holbox. Erika was a great host and was super helpful. Room was clean and comfy. It's a short walk into the centre of town, but that means it was nice and quiet

There were some issues with the electricity during our stay, which seemed to be affecting multiple blocks on the island. We therefore didn't have any electricity for our first night. No fault on behalf of Encanta Luna at all - they kept us informed about the situation and gave us a discount which was much appreciated. Thank you!

A wonderful, quiet place just a short walk to centre and beach. The rooms are beautifully appointed with lovely design touches. The hosts are very friendly and so helpful. There's a lovely area outside to sit, with hammocks and chairs.

Absolutely nothing!

This guest house is amazing. Reallity is much cooler than the pictures. The room is big, great air conditioning system and very comfortable beds. The hosts are incredibly nice, helpful and always there if you need anything. No complaints!!!

Encantaluna is a very serene place to stay to enjoy Holbox Island to the fullest. Located 4 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from the town centre, it guarantees peaceful and resting nights. The room we stayed in is spacious and furnished in a very eco-sustainable way with a careful use of reclaimed wood materials and is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, ceiling fan, refrigerator, television, hairdryer, bath products... not forgetting a wonderful indoor hammock!) and cleanliness is outstanding. You can even relax under a cute palapa in courtyard. Luca and Erika are very keen on their place and are making continuous improvements, they are very welcoming and thoughtful and will be able to give you any useful information to better enjoy your stay. If I come back to Holbox I will definitely stay here.

Internet connection was a bit slow and unstable but it was explained to us that this problem is unfortunately recurring on the island. Not even a big fault considering all the relaxing aspects about the place.
