What a lovely place. The resounding hills were breathtaking. Most of all we loved the staff.

Not the Experience We Expected While the staff were friendly and helpful, they didn’t seem very well trained, which led to some issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the room we received was not the one we originally booked, and it had a noticeable damp smell, which made our stay less comfortable. Additionally, the restaurant and kitchen area could use some updates to improve the overall experience. While there were some positives, we were ultimately disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this property. We booked a Deluxe King Room and received a smaller room (Manhattan) close to front door where the cars pass.

Beautiful views and loved that we had access to go anywhere with our bicycles

We did not have a problem with the property, our problem was with the staff. I felt the staff on duty were not equipped to handle any of the work they were doing, they really tried their best. The manager on duty was very rude, on the cellphone the whole time and made us wait in the rain to show us to our room after I had asked numerous times just to direct us, we will get there.
