The shower wasn’t good at all hot n then cold and the shower head wouldn’t stay up Very cold in the morning as heater wasn’t on

Location and cleanliness are great. Good breakfast, quiet room and comfortable king size bed.

Room was a little cold on arrival but heating was turned on when we asked. Step in the bathroom needs care especially in the middle of the night!

A wonderful place to stay in Stratford. Hearty welcome by the hostess.

Everything was great.

Super cooked breakfast served on a very hot plate - excellent. Comfortable bed in a nice room, spotless en suite bathroom. Very friendly host. Private car park - amazing given the location in the centre of Stratford.

We like a cold bedroom but couldn't work out how to turn the radiator off so we had to have the windows open, which let in traffic noise. Fortunately we were really tired so that and the comfortable bed meant we got a good night's sleep nonetheless.

A lovely little cosy guesthouse, very clean and quiet, the beds were really comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The lady Monika and her family are lovely and welcoming and work so incredibly hard. The location is right next to the town it's perfect. 100% staying here again without a doubt

had to be careful as hot water very hot out of tap s very quickly. shower head would not stay up the pole in the shower, but otherwise shower was good.
