Très bon accueil , Monsieur très sympathique qui prend le temps de nous donner des informations , literie très bonne chambre calme , avons apprécié la climatisation ,situation proche de tous commerces , dommage qu’il n’y a pas le petit déjeuner sur place .

Easy walk to the river, quiet, very clean, close to a supermarket.

The location was very convenient. The size of the room and bathroom was ample.

The air conditioner was so loud. It kept us up at night unbearable! The kitchen facilities were dismal, not even wine glasses, which is unthinkable in Portugal! The microwave door was left open because it didn’t function correctly. The water heater kettle doesn’t shut off automatically. there is no air-conditioning in either the common living area or the common kitchen area. The TVs were so old the one in the bedroom was so small my mobile phone screen was bigger! Neither Amazon, nor Netflix would allow videos to be played on the units because of their lack of secure capability.

Our room was spacious, clean with a nice, big balcony with an amazing view. Parking is easy on the front side. Centre of the town is 20 min walk, Lidl is 3 min walk. Perfect place for a short stay but also a good base to discover Douro-valley. Absolutely recommended.
