6 weeks stay Jan/Feb 2026. Excellent location, although a long climb up the hill. Kitchen was very well equipped and all basics (cleaning products, etc) were provided. Very peaceful on the terrace which had amazing views over Los Gigantes. Lots of storage in the upstairs bedroom and a huge bed. Plenty of extra towels provided. Huge Smart TV. Parking space was invaluable once we were given a fob to open the garage door! Pool was always quiet.

The property does need updating. Blackout curtains in the upstairs bedroom were riddled with holes and damp stains. Everything just looks "tired". The bedroom downstairs had no drawers. All the pillows were very small and pillowcases provided didn't all fit. Most of the bedding needs replacing. Wifi isn't great, especially upstairs. The main issue for us was the water pressure - some days it was so bad is was impossible to take a shower. Sunbeds would have been a very welcome addition. We were surprised that no welcome pack was given. We arrived after 9.30pm and a bottle of water would have been appreciated.

The location of the apartment is superb, with fantastic views of Los Gigantes town and harbour. The apartment is very roomy with a large mezzanine bedroom and 2 balconies. It had a fully functional kitchen, washing machine and a large screen TV. The wifi was fast enough for phones, tablets and laptops.

There was a high level window above the staircase that leaked, resulting in rain water on the stairs. The kitchen utensils were very basic and made food preparation more difficult. The balcony didn't have any sunbeds and I believe this was the only apartment in the block without sunbeds.

We had to pick the keys up from the rental agency which was 20KM away from the property in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (a very busy tourist resort). Parking here was difficult as the agency was on a busy road. If this wasn't bad enough, when we arrived the keys for the front door did not work, and we had to tailgate someone in to the building. Eventually we realised after trying from the other side of the door that one of the keys worked if you were very patient with it (there didn't seem to be a trick to it, it just involved trying for at least a minute each time we wanted to get back in). During our stay we noticed people leaving the front door open, which allows direct access to the car park, where our car was parked. The car parking space itself was a little bit cramped.

The views are amazing and love the balcony. The residents are so friendly and it is a relaxed pace to stay with easy access to the town and supermarkets. . Pool area is generally quiet.

I wish the patio doors locked. The sofas need upgrading. No sun lounger chairs despite picture. No parasols around pool.
