Große Finca 19Jh, Pool, Terrasse, nahe Santa Cruz

La casa es muy bonita, tiene una piscina muy buena, e incluso huerta.

Muy alejada del centro y muy aislada, se necesita coche para ir a cualquier lado. Al final me quede sólo una noche y reserve un hotel para el resto de mis vacaciones en Santa Cruz de la Palma. Quizá fue culpa mía, por no darme cuenta de lo lejos que estaba de Santa Cruz.

Beautiful house. Clean and spacious, with many rooms and also lovely garden places, where you can sit and relax. Truly relaxing oasis. We visited during February, so we really appreciated the possibility of heating in the living room. The owner of the house was very kind, she even gave us tips on what to visit and we could try some fruit from the garden. The house is located in calm place with beautiful view. We can totally recommend.

Los unico que se puede salvar es la piscina y la ubicación k esta cerca de la capital a 10 minuts

Vacaciones de 1 semana en familia. Primer lugar llegamos y la chica muy servicial..nos dice k hay un par de hormigas k estams en el campo(algo normal)pero cuando entramos a la casa y fue bajando la luz del día era una plaga de hormigas k ni pa cenar podías apoyarte en la mesa.al día siguiente la llamé y vinieron a fumigar fuera de la casa.seguian aviendo pero menos.si les gusta el zoológico esta es la casa perfecta.cucarachas .hormigas.lagartijos.perinquenes arañas te puedes bañar con todos ellos pork hasta en la bañera estaban por encima del muro de la cocina..vamos por todos lados....Los pomos de la cama se cayeron.el cerradura de una de las habitaciones no se podía cerrar xk se cayó na más tocarlo.los zócalos levantados.el bajante del baño de arriba no bajaba el agua se kedaba emposada mientras te bañabas🤮 y la television se veia a ratos y 3 canales ..el wifi no funcionaba bien para poder poner la tele.total k con lo k pagas y con menores se me hicieron hasta largas las vacaciones .. NO REPETIREMOS!!😡😡

Bonita casa rural antigua actualizada y en perfecto estado, no le falta detalle. El entorno rural es maravilloso, alrededor de la casa frutales y una estupenda piscina para refrescarse. Un gran lugar para desconectar y descansar. Nos encantó.

Tiene los inconvenientes propios de una casa rural: algunos insectos, como hormigas, y la distribución de la casa no es muy adecuada.

Lovely characterful and spacious old finca within easy reach of Santa Cruz, by foot, bus car or taxi. Two large living rooms, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one en suite). Wonderful garden full of fruit and vegetables available for guests to pick which was a real bonus as we cooked at home most evenings. Particularly enjoyed the plentiful passionfruit and ‘nispero’ fruit, amazing rainbow chard too! Comfy beds with extra blankets for the cooler February evenings, we all slept well. Plenty of hot water from a gas boiler topping up the solar power. The pool looked lovely but, as expected, was a bit too cold for this time of year, would be great in the warmer months. It was a little cloudy during our stay but we weren’t cold thanks to the throws and blankets so we didn’t need the available wood burner. Our local contact Susann was lovely and very helpful, easy to contact and prompt in responding. Thank you for the early check in and for keeping such a lovely garden.

No issues for us but noting for the record: The bathroom is not close to the two non en suite bedrooms, through a hall, kitchen and living room to the second hallway. As the walls for the first floor bedrooms don’t reach the roof there is little soundproofing for these rooms. The standard double beds (135-140?cm) are a little small if you are used to something larger (but lovely and spacious for one person!) The downstairs living room could do with one more comfy chair to sit 4 adults. The concrete approach road up the barranco is a little narrow, particularly at the start but perfectly accessible.

Beautiful rustic finca with lots of character. Very spacious. Outside areas with fantastic views. Very clean. Beautiful location. Great swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machines.

Nothing

The house is in the middle of beautiful surroundings and quiet. It's also quite spacious with the bonus of a swimming pool. The location was good, not too far from anywhere.

The access concrete road up to the house is too narrow for 2 cars, and some more warning could be given about that. There were a lot of ants and geckos in the house; some lizards got in too. This is to be expected in such a rural setting, and while we were not too bothered by this, it can take some getting used.
