Very clean and Luis was very accommodating with check out times. Very roomy

Bed could do with some extra pillows for the bed and possibly a mattress topper as the bed is very hard. The kitchen could do with some more pots and pans and also some more kitchen utensils.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is the same than on the photos on Booking. The staff is really kind snd helpfull.

- Good location, - place to park the car (its rare in Las Palmas to have private parking) - very friendly host who gave me very clear information how to get the key for apartment - apartment is located in base Floor of the building surrounded by brick walls, so even in hot days the temperature in apartment was whole time in comfortable range - silent and safe neighbourhood - Well equipped kitchen even with washing machine

I wasn't on vacation, so I don't know how this area relates to the starting point for the beach, restaurants and bars, rather there is nothing like that in the area. The advantage for me was the parking space. I suggest having a car because even a grocery store is far away. The neighborhood is very nice and calm. The apartment is large, well equipped and comfortable. I recommend

The lady of the house was very nice, flexible with the check-in. The location is very good, close to the old town center and an amazing park with parrots. It was clean, huge, with nice furniture

Expectation management: it is a basement-flat, it is huge, with nice furniture, but cold. I guess it has its advantage when is crazy hot outside.

Private parking

It didn’t smell good as there wasn’t a lot of fresh air in the apartment (basement smell) and it was noisy. We also felt that it could be cleaner. Overall too expensive!!
