Can Lari (Chalet)

There is a welcome basket on arrival with wine, crisps, water, biscuits so if you arrive starving and thirsty you'll be very grateful. The house is very comfortable. There are 3 large double rooms, 2 with en suite and airconditioning. The other 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. The 2 twin rooms are smaller. There is a family bathroom and a shower room downstairs. All the rooms have lots of storage space. The sitting room has airconditioning. The outdoor eating area is superb. The kitchen is supplied with herbs, oil, vinegar, but not salt and pepper curiously, and everything you need for washing up and dishwasher tablets. There is loo paper and towels. The extra fridge/freezer is a plus for cooling drinks. There is a shower outside by the pool. The location is quiet and there is a lovely view. The garden is well maintained and there is shaded parking for 2 cars. It is 5 minutes from the C-31 so you can drive up and down the coast easily.

The downstairs shower does not drain properly so we had to mop the floor each time. It wasn't relevant for us but there is no safety railing around the pool so young children will need to be watched. There is a washing machine but no powder/liquid. The mosquitoes were pretty active so bring repellent.

Maison très agréable pour se retrouver entre amis. L'extérieur est magnifique avec une très belle vue.

A l'étage l'eau chaude est longue à arriver.

l'emplacement est chouette avec une vue mer et sur Palamos au loin ; magasins disponibles 10 min en voiture ; piscine très agréable ; la maison dispose de tout le nécessaire voire plus (même si certains éléments datent un peu). Deux grands frigos et 2 surgélateurs. Hôte disponible et à l'écoute.

Sur les 4 sdb, 2 gagneront à être modernisées. Certains meubles de jardin/piscine pourraient être ajoutés/remplacés.

Beautiful villa with lots of privacy Owner checked in on us on day 1 and was very helpful Good communication in terms of how to get key and lockbox etc If I could add one thing to the house it would have been a pool table

Only downside we had is we didn't have a car. We had to taxi to shops and for dinner on evening times But we googled local taxi and he stayed with us for the week. Very nice man

Great outdoor space for group holiday. Loads of space, well designed . Pool, dining area, garden for games and plenty of parking. Fab. Well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was there. Clean and comfortable.

All good. If being picky, bedding could be updated for new.
