La tranquilidad y ausencia de ruidos. El tamaño de la casa y el patio. Hay secadora, lavadora y mosquiteras en las ventanas. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.

La ropa de cama no era la adecuada para la temperatura del exterior (sábanas de franela y fundas nórdicas en primavera en Córdoba). No había cubertería suficiente (por ejemplo ninguna cucharilla). Calle estrecha de un solo sentido, difícil de aparcar.
