Lediglich die Aussicht und die Terrasse.

Extrem schlechte Zufahrtsstrasse – ohne Geländewagen sind Fahrzeugschäden wahrscheinlich. • Stark abgenutzte Einrichtung: durchgelegene Matratzen, schmales Bett (140 cm), völlig verschlissene Sitzecke. • Küchenutensilien in sehr schlechtem Zustand. • Kaum Privatsphäre: Wanderer laufen direkt am Wohnzimmerfenster vorbei. • Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Fantastic location, unique property.

Just be careful I personally had issues with the location coordinates given on the booking.com site. But the property manager was excellent and assisted with locating the property within minutes of my request for help

Absolut überwältigende Lage mitten im nichts auf einer Klippe über dem Meer. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, vor allem vom Turm aus. Die Ausstattung ist, bis auf einen Backofen, wirklich gut. Man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Selbst bei viel Wind hört man kaum etwas und kann in Ruhe schlafen. Die naheliegende Stadt Almeria ist sehr schön und bietet viele gute Restaurants. Selbst wenn es draußen sehr warm ist, ist es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl.

Im allgemeinen gibt es etwas Verbesserungspotential. Das Bad könnte mal eine neue Dusche vertragen (Duschwanne rissig und etwas verlebt). Die Beleuchtung ist relativ industriell gehalten mit ein paar Feuchtraumleuchten. Da könnte man einiges gemütlicher und schöner gestalten. Genauso bei der Terrasse oben drauf. Die "Straße" zur Unterkunft ist eine Katastrophe. Auf der einen Seite, welche einem vorgeschlagen wird, gab es einen mindestens 40cm tiefen, ausgespülte Graben im Boden wo man mit einem normalen Fahrzeug nur mit Offroad Kenntnissen durch kommt. Der Rest ist dann auch eher ne Art Offroadpiste. Von der anderen Seite aus gibt es eine asphaltierte Zufahrt, welche jedoch auch teilweise riesig Löcher, Gräben und Wasserlöcher (wenn es geregnet hat) aufweist.

El colchón de la cama de matrimonio. Está vencido por el centro y se hunde. El resto todo perfecto.
