Great location, 2 mins walk to the beach, near bus stop and shops. Only 15 mins on the bus from the airport, €1.45 fare and bus stop less than 5 mins from the flat. The flat was lovely and clean with basic furnishings and most things you'd need for a stay including a fridge freezer, washing machine and clothes airer. Single bed and sofa bed in the lounge area. Access to a basic roof terrace. Good communication and easy check in/key collection. WiFi easy to log into and reliable. Owner also has a restaurant 10 mins walk away, with great reviews and we enjoyed a lovely meal there. Local beach was nice and clean with soft sand and clear water.

The bed and pillows were overly firm for our liking, so we didn't sleep well. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils, such as more teaspoons (only 2) slices or spatulas if using frying pans and some cereal bowls. Bowls supplied are not much deeper than a saucer. Furniture on roof terrace not in great condition and some noise at night from the flat above. The shower head needs replacing as water sprays out sideways and soaks the floor, even with shower doors shut. Nothing major just little niggles.

We stayed in two bed rooms apartment. Location is great: city center, 3 minutes walk to the beach; parking place, shopping center and bus stop is very close. Apartment is clean and equipped enough. The owners are friendly and helpfull.

Windows of the apartments have a view on the kind of balcony in the form of a well. So you can see only small peace of sky there. Bathroom is a little "tired". And towels should be refreshed. The rest is ok.

The location was very central.NO3 bus from airport drops you a 2 min walk from property.Beach is a 2 min walk as are shops and bars.Marco is very helpful,even dropping us to our next resort.Overall we had a very pleasant stay.many thks Marco.

Rosario it self is not the most tourist friendly town.The culture is very spanish,however everyone we met were very friendly and helpful.

Nice flat at great location. Close to Shopping Center and 3 minutes form the beach. Marco (host) was very kind and friendly.

Spacious Clean Well equipped eg. Coffee machine, washing machine. Location, near beach and shopping Responsive host Quiet Classic Spanish apartment. Overall, we had a great stay here.

Uncomfortable sofa Limited natural light

Good location close to the shops and the beach, this is hard to find in PDR. Owner is helpful and friendly; if you book here, you gain easy access to a high quality restaurant they own, would recommend going for an evening for sure. Has almost anything you would need, and the WIFI is better than other reviews suggest (in my experience).

There isn’t anything bad, but there is no toaster and some people may want one for their stay. No bad review.

The location was very good. We found the apt very clean and sufficient for our stay.The host was very good, friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The WiFi wasn't working, not a big problem for a short stay. The kettle didn't work so water had to be boiled in the microwave, again, not a huge problem.
