The apartment 's location is extraordinary well, placed between the city's commercial center and the beach which is one of the few for simply ever, one on the island. The apartment itself offers all equipment you might need throughout your stay. We even found a starter kit in the kitchen for the first time ever. Very friendly and useful, if you don't want to suffer stress of first shopping just after arrival. It's clean and a further highlight are the very comfortable beds. My wife is very sensitive to the matrass, it must be soft. For me the total opposition applies. Back home we have two different matrasses. However, all over it offers all you need and equipment is rather on above average standards. Even putting a cradle was not a problem at all.

Large spacious bedroom. Rooftop terrace. Central location. Weekly linen change (during my 3 week stay). Large fridge/freezer. Kind and helpful owner.

Tiny bathroom. No plug in kitchen sink. Couch/bed is a little uncomfortable to sit on. Missing kitchen utensils.

Well kitted out in good location close to shopping centre. Hard enough to find as no name over door / just number . Woulnt stay longer than 3 days in Peurto Rosario as not much to do for holidays. Caleta de Fuste better

Got a text after we left saying cleaner checks everything after each customer and we had broken hairdryer . (We hadn't used hairdryer so either a scam or cleaner was tellling porkies) .obviously not willing to cover wear and tear themselves so would probably have charged for a broken cup or clothes peg!

Great location, owners were fantastic. Must try El Bounty restaurant. Beach only 300 yards away

Apartment was very close to the sea (Like two blocks), and in walking distance of several restaurants, as well as a larger shopping mall, large hypermarket included. There's also a postal service office around the corner (To send postcards etc)

It can be a liiiiiiiiitle bit difficult to reach the place without satnav / google maps, as it's situated in a city block with lots of one way roads.

Clean and comfortable Nice hosts Convenient for shops and beach - both within a few minutes walk. Roof area for a bit of sunshine

Minor point - found it a little bit dark inside but you can use the roof area in good weather

It's perfect place, it's near the beach and near the big supermarket and small non-stop supermarket. It was easy to arrive from airport by bus No 3. The host organized New Years Eve, it was great.
