La ubicación y las instalaciones de piscina . La rapidez en la atención.

La dejadez en el mantenimiento y la suciedad de la casa. El horno fuimos a usarlo y estaba lleno de restos y horrible. Tuvimos que limpiarlo. Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios, todo tuvimos que lavarlo. No estaban preparadas las habitaciones (faltaba ropa de cama de un cuarto), aunque hay que acalarar, que enseguida nos atendieron y nos trajeron las sábanas. Uno de nosotros es alérgico a los ácaros y por la ropa de cama utilizada le brotó la alergia. La cisterna de un baño está rota y estaba cerrada la llave de paso. El coste es elevado para los servicios prestados.

Quiet location, west facing for evening sunsets in apartment 102

Needs a bit of TLC as property a bit old. Curtains not hanging properly in bedroom, kitchen cabinets only just hanging on.

"Aangenaam verblijf, maar tijd voor renovatie"

De locatie ! Schitterend uitzicht op de oceaan en terras uit de wind

Het huis is echt aan renovatie toe. Keuken voorziening was heel basic etc

The location! The view! Photos do not do it justice. Everything was perfect. A lovely 10 minute walk to marina along sea wall. Sheltered patio at the front with sun all afternoon. Really comfy beds. Will be back!
